Gold Medal for 200 Cestos at the Decanter World Wine Awards

One more year, we add another success for our godellos in the great wine contest held in the United Kingdom, the Decanter World Wine Awards, which in recent years has become the most important wine competition worldwide.
The gold medal obtained, with an overall score of 95 points out of 100, confirms the great quality of the 2020 harvest of 200 Cestos, achieving record sales this year.
This recognition joins the silver medal awarded at the International Wine Challenge, the other major international event in which this vintage has also competed, and that exalts a wine that each year has more followers and a wider demand.

The Decanter World Wine Awards (DWWA) is the world’s largest and most influential wine competition in the sector. Judged by the top wine experts from around the globe, the DWWA is trusted internationally for its rigorous judging process.
With a number of participants that exceeds the 15,000 registered, the competition is organized by the Decanter magazine, specializing in the world of wine and a reference publication for this sector, distributed in more than 90 countries worldwide.

The plot, for its location, orientation and height, obtained from the variety highlighting its potential godello elegance, complexity and power traditional aroma of this variety and looking for a rich wine with greater intensity of color, freshness and fruit background.
