A Coroa Godello is the direct result of grapes harvested from eight carefully selected low-yield vineyard parcels. The average age of the vines, combined with ideal altitude, optimal sun exposure, and the diversity of the terrain — dominated by slate soils — gives this single-varietal wine an exclusive complexity and minerality that are difficult to replicate.
Following a completely manual harvest and meticulous grape selection in 14-kilogram crates, the fruit undergoes cold maceration at 5°C and individual fermentation by vineyard parcel in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
