This year, the winery’s wines have taken centre stage, with special recognition for A Coroa Godello 2025, A Coroa Lías and Ladeira Vella, all of which were awarded Gold+ medals. In addition, our single-vineyard wine 200 Cestos received the coveted Grand Gold Medal, reinforcing our place among the elite of Galician viticulture.

At A Coroa, located in the heart of the Valdeorras Designation of Origin, we have once again been recognised for the meticulous craftsmanship behind our wines.
A Coroa Godello 2025, the youngest and most vibrant vintage of our flagship wine, has been awarded a Gold+ Medal thanks to its perfect balance between freshness and acidity, with the distinctive citrus and mineral notes that showcase the true potential of our terroir.
Meanwhile, A Coroa Lías has also been honoured with a Gold+ Medal. This wine, aged on its fine lees to gain volume and complexity, stands out for its silky texture, aromatic depth and remarkable elegance on the palate, offering nuances of ripe fruit, saline notes and a truly distinctive personality.
The highest recognition in the red wine category went to Ladeira Vella, which also received a Gold+ Medal. This limited-production wine, crafted from old-vine Alicante Bouschet grapes, once again ranks among the competition’s finest wines, demonstrating the exceptional finesse, structure and ageing potential of our most singular vineyard.

Our age-worthy Godello 200 Cestos was one of the standout wines of this year’s guide, receiving the highest distinction available: a Grand Gold Medal.
This single-parcel wine, sourced from carefully selected vineyards that express the purity and mineral identity of Godello on the slopes of Valdeorras, delivers outstanding aromatic complexity, richness and structure following its meticulous vinification, establishing itself as the crown jewel of our portfolio.
