The average age of the vines, combined with ideal altitude, optimal sun exposure, and the diversity of the terrain \u2014 dominated by slate soils \u2014 gives this single-varietal wine an exclusive complexity and minerality that are difficult to replicate.<\/span><\/p>\n

Following a completely manual harvest and meticulous grape selection in 14-kilogram crates, the fruit undergoes cold maceration at 5\u00b0C and individual fermentation by vineyard parcel in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
