THIS HAS BEEN THE 2019 HARVEST IN A COROA <\/span><\/h3>\n

>>> Nearly 120,000 kilograms of godello and over 2,500 kilograms of garnacha is the data of a harvest in which the quality of the grape has been outstanding 2019 harvest<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/h4>\n

As it was expected, after a year in which incidents due to fungal diseases have been practically inexistent, along with climatic conditions very favorable for the development of the grapevine during all its vegetative cycle, the quality of the musts obtained in A Coroa is exceptional; very aromatic, fresh and balanced. <\/span><\/p>\n

Due to this good sanitary season, and always following the standards of integrated production, the usage of phytosanitaries has been reduced by 30% compared to last year, with the result of a high quality, healthy and tasty grape.<\/span><\/p>\n

It has also been a key factor the green pruning works during the summer, especially after the hailstorms that affected our plots of A Coroa, Viloalla and Valdeaugas.<\/span><\/p>\n

Overall, the rapid action on the vineyard has been essential to achieve a totally healthy harvest in terms of quality, and more than acceptable in terms of quantity.

Thus, the quantitative results of the 2019 harvest are:<\/span><\/p>\n

Kg of godello grapes collected: 119,224 kg<\/span><\/p>\n

Kg of Grenache grape collected: 2,428 kg<\/span><\/p>\n

With the above-mentioned figures, the volume of wine is: <\/span><\/p>\n

Godello: 110,000 bottles<\/span><\/p>\n

Centenary Grenache: 2,000 bottles
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

As for the qualitative values, and after the first tasting made in the winery, we can state that the great quality of the grapes is clearly reflected in the wine. Great intensity of aromas, savory, with a lingering aftertaste and great balance in the mouth.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pending further analysis, we can anticipate the excellence of the 2019 vintage for all A Coroa wines.
